What we store

Your account (name, email, password stored only as a secure hash), your studio settings, and the business data you and your team add: clients, leads, projects, tasks, team details, quotations, invoices and expenses.

Who can see your studio’s data

• Members of your studio, according to the role the studio owner gives them. Freelancers and clients see only what is shared with them.
• The ShootManager team (the service provider) can access your studio’s data to provide support, fix problems, keep the service secure and improve it. We do not sell your data or your clients’ data.

Messages and automation

ShootManager never sends WhatsApp, email or social messages on its own. Bulk messages, auto-replies and scheduled messages only work through the official WhatsApp Business API that your studio connects with its own Meta account; you are responsible for having your contacts’ permission.

Your clients’ data

Your studio is responsible for the client information it adds and for having a lawful reason to keep it. You can export or delete your studio’s data at any time by contacting us.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS, each studio’s data is kept separate, and backups are taken regularly.
